En-statistics is a service for Wildberries and Ozon sellers that automates data digitization and delivers visual dashboards via a Telegram bot. Clients receive real-time analytics on sales, inventory, trends, and key metrics — without spending time on manual data collection and processing.

Our team at INSEO Service was tasked with ranking the website at the top of search results for queries related to marketplace data digitization — primarily keywords like “оцифровка Wildberries”, “оцифровка Ozon”, and “оцифровка маркетплейсов” — as well as a broad set of related terms relevant to the target audience. Additionally, the client expected us to communicate the service’s value to users, expand reach through content, and enhance the user experience with clearer structure and improved visual presentation.

At the start of the project, the website received no more than 20 organic visits per month.

Data from December 2022 – February 2023

To carry out the website optimization, we developed a growth plan that included a series of key tasks, such as:

  • Conducting a technical audit
  • Fixing technical errors
  • Collecting and analyzing the site’s semantic core
  • Creating demand-driven landing pages

  • External optimization

Unfortunately, the project was temporarily put on hold at the client’s request during the approval phase. Upon resuming work in September 2023, we were able to successfully implement all previously planned recommendations.

Technical Audit

We began with a full technical audit of the website, checking status codes, redirects, page load speed, the accuracy of the robots.txt and sitemap.xml files, canonical tags, pagination, metadata, and 404 pages. We fixed duplicate URLs and titles, cleaned up URL parameters and UTM tags.

Since the site was built on Tilda, there were certain limitations in properly configuring all technical aspects of the website.

We generally recommend that clients aiming for strong organic visibility use a CMS that allows for full control over the site’s code and technical files.

Commercial Keyword Research and Demand Analysis

The objective was clear: dominate search results for “data digitization on marketplaces”, with a focus on Wildberries and Ozon. We analyzed the search landscape and collected all relevant queries. These queries were then grouped into clusters based on user intent: dedicated pages for WB and Ozon, supporting sections for the bot, dashboards, and pricing, as well as content-driven pillars.

We built a keyword-to-URL mapping matrix and outlined clear rules for titles, H1s, and anchor texts to ensure that internal linking would support and elevate the commercial pages.

As a result, the site gained a well-structured system of commercial pages aligned with real search demand, effectively attracting clients directly from organic search.

Meta Tag and Page Content Development

Based on the collected semantic data, we configured all meta tags across the website, which significantly improved the site’s visibility in search results and ensured more attractive snippets compared to competitors.

We conducted comparative analysis of page content against competitor websites and created detailed content briefs for copywriters. This improved textual relevance across key pages and contributed to higher visibility in search results.

Creating Demand-Driven Landing Pages

For each demand cluster, we developed dedicated landing pages that fully matched search intent. As a result, these pages achieved top rankings in search engine results.

Building and Expanding the Informational Blog

We addressed informational queries related to marketplaces and data digitization. Each month, we analyzed competitors and prepared structured content briefs. Copywriters delivered content based on these guidelines.

As a result, we built a blog that consistently attracts a large number of users.

Off-Page Optimization

Backlink authority plays a crucial role in search engine optimization. We developed a tailored link-building strategy and carried out off-page SEO activities to strengthen the site’s authority.

Results

Between September 2023 and February 2024, the core phase of work was completed. We improved the site’s rankings by more than 4x, achieving leading positions in the TOP 3 and TOP 10 for queries related to marketplace digitization — both in Moscow and across Russia.

Throughout the entire optimization process, the website consistently showed growth in both visits and the number of users.

With ongoing SEO efforts, the site reached over 1,000 organic visits in October 2024, surpassed 2,000 visits in November, and exceeded 6,000 visits in December — demonstrating rapid and sustained growth.

Yandex remained the primary source of traffic throughout the campaign. The number of visits from Yandex significantly exceeded those from Google, confirming the dominant role of this search engine in driving users to the site.

Conclusion

The comprehensive work on the En-statistics website — from technical auditing and error correction to building a commercial semantic core and optimizing for priority queries — resulted in a clear site structure that fully addressed user demand. As a result, the site secured stable rankings for high-conversion queries such as “оцифровка Wildberries”, “оцифровка Ozon”, and others, while also becoming more user-friendly and intuitive.

This led to a significant increase in targeted traffic and a boost in conversions from organic search. It’s important to note that during the optimization process, numerous changes were made — both to the website itself and in search engine algorithms.
